I’m now able to make informed growth decisions

I’m now confident that I will be able to retire with the lifestyle that I wanted when I set up my business.

Without PlanningCLUB my business would have stayed where it was

PlanningCLUB allowed me to create a proper business plan with proper numbers and forecast different scenarios to see what the results would be.  Key for me was identifying which income streams in my business were most profitable.  The modelling software showed that hiring a key member of staff to expand the most profitable part of my business would give me a great return on my investment, giving me the confidence to go out and recruit.  I wouldn’t have monetarised the benefit of taking someone on without PlanningCLUB, and my business would have stayed where it was.

My mindset has changed

Previously I was focussed on delivering client work within the business.  Since PlanningCLUB my mindset has changed and my focus is on running the business effectively.  It’s only been 6 months, so we’re not at a point where there’s a huge difference in our finances yet but, because of the work we’ve done, and the forecasts I can see, I have the confidence that in 12 – 18 months, it’ll be a very different picture.

My confidence that I will reach my goals is higher

My personal hopes are different now too.  I had an expectation of what I wanted for my wife and me in 5 to 10 years’ time, and before doing PlanningCLUB I had concerns about whether I’d be able to achieve.  My confidence that I will realise my goals is higher.  It’s all planned out.

I can make informed decisions

Business owners are always going to be reluctant to spend money on advice, but I’ve learned to look at the coaching fee as an investment in the future growth of my profits, not as a cost.  PlanningCLUB allows you to monetarise the future value of strategic plans so you can make informed decisions about how to grow your business based on an expected return on investment.
